Trash valet and on-call property help for folks who own a short term rental down here but don't live close enough to deal with it themselves. We're local, we actually show up, and we're a text away.
We live here. We know these streets.
Tideline Co. is one local person, not a franchise and not a call center. When you call, you're talking to the guy who's actually going to be at your house. No phone tree, no "let me transfer you."
I know the trash schedule because I deal with it too. I know which streets get picked up Monday and which ones run Thursday. I show up because this is where I live, not some territory on a map.

Owners from DC, Philly, and Baltimore who handed us their door codes and stuck around.
"honestly didn't think this was a real service until my realtor mentioned it. we've had the house 3 summers and trash was always a thing — guests just don't do it. signed up in april, haven't thought about it since. he texts me a photo every week which i didn't even ask for but love."
"drain clogged friday night before a saturday checkin. texted tideline at like 8pm not really expecting anything. got a response in 20 mins, he was there at 7am and done before 8. i was shocked. genuinely saved the booking. this is the guy you want on call."
"used another local service for two years and switched this season. night and day. the other one would just... not show up sometimes. tideline sends a photo every single time and actually responds when i text. seems simple but apparently it's not."
"had some work done on the house while we were back home and asked tideline to check on it. sent back a full report with photos — caught two things the contractor had basically skipped. would never have known. saved me a trip AND probably close to $1500 in rework. cannot recommend enough."
"was paying a property manager a cut of every booking basically just for stuff like this. switched to tideline this year and honestly the service is better and i'm keeping way more. if you're self managing your airbnb just do it. no brainer."
"needed a few things done before the season — tvs mounted, ceiling fan, some other small stuff. he came out and knocked it all out in one shot. fair price, sent before and after photos, no drama. my husband was like 'who is this guy' lol. definitely using him again."
We're booking up the summer now. Reach out and we'll get you squared away before it starts.
Tideline Co. is run by someone who grew up around here, knows the coast, and picks up his own phone.
"I grew up around here. I know which streets run Monday and which run Thursday without having to look it up. That's not something you can outsource."
Here's the deal. If you own a rental down here but live a few hours away, your options have basically been: pay a big property management company a huge chunk of every booking, or try to juggle it all yourself from home. Neither one is great.
I'm a Delaware kid, finishing up a finance degree at UD this spring. My family's been running rental properties for years, so I've done all of this myself. I've cleaned the places, fixed stuff at midnight, and dragged the cans to the curb more Sunday mornings than I'd like to admit. That's really what this whole thing is built on.
I started Tideline Co. for owners who just want somebody local and dependable who'll do the job right, without taking a piece of your rental income or putting you through a phone menu. You text me, I answer, I show up. That's it.
This is home for me, so I'm not going anywhere.
"I'm not some company that happens to work in Delaware. I'm from here, I live here, and these are my beaches too."
Not quite in one of these towns? Ask anyway. We're growing and might be able to swing it.
